We have an immediate opening for an Intermediate Hydrogeologist to join our Team in Atlantic Canada. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and ready to engage in providing our clients high-quality products while learning and growing both as an individual and as part of a team. Follow safe work practices and adhere to company and client guidelines and policies for planning and executing work in a safe manner Perform field investigations in support of hydrogeological studies including drilling, well construction and testing oversight; and water level monitoring Interpret aquifer tests, characterize aquifers based on maps and other spatial data, and perform spatial analysis using GIS tools Interpret analytical laboratory results Perform data analysis and data visualization utilizing GIS, Surfer, Leapfrog, or other three-dimensional data-visualization software Prepare technical reports documenting field investigations and analytical results Contribute to project budgets, project scopes, and project schedules Travel as required to various field sites with overnight travel sometimes required Contribute to business development activities, including proposals, pre-qualifications,



and relationship building with clients and prospective clients Provide supervision, training, technical direction and mentoring to more junior staff Ability to meet demand for high-quality, organized, and consistent results Time management skills that include balancing immediate and long-term work commitments with varying priorities and deadlines Valid driver’s license is required for business travel Excellent communication skills, including verbal, technical writing, electronic communications, and presentations Experience with hydrogeological characterization work including aquifer test design, analysis and technical report writing Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Experience with hydrogeological modeling software such as MODFLOW, FEFLOW, and/or AQTESOLV is an asset Show leadership in striving to continuously improve technical performance Build and maintain productive professional and personal networking relationships Minimum of a bachelor’s degree specializing in groundwater from a Hydrogeology, Geoscience, or Engineering program 5 - 10 years of working experience in consulting or regulatory setting,



regularly using and analyzing hydrogeologic data Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time.

Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
