Join Enabled Talent and work directly with our founding team, including the CEO and Chief Growth Officer (CGO), to explore international opportunities for our inclusion technology products. Your research, conversations, and recommendations will help inform where and how we expand.

You’ll contribute to real business decisions, receive direct feedback, and gain practical experience turning research into action.

What you’ll do

- Research international markets, customer needs, competitors, and pricing.
- Identify potential customers, partners, and opportunities for expansion.
- Build and maintain an organized research and outreach database.
- Conduct professional outreach and support customer and partner interviews.
- Assess market-entry barriers and potential product adaptations.
- Turn findings into clear reports and practical recommendations.
- Collaborate with the founding team, provide regular progress updates, and apply feedback.

What you’ll bring
- A post-secondary qualification in business, marketing, economics, technology, or a related field.
- Curiosity, initiative, and strong research and analytical skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Comfort approaching potential customers and partners.




- Familiarity with spreadsheets and organizing research.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to learn, meet deadlines, and act on feedback.
- Availability to work in person in Sudbury for 30 hours across four days each week.

Placement eligibility
- Aged 15–30 at the start of the placement.
- A post-secondary graduate.
- A Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person granted refugee status, legally entitled to work in Canada.
