Drive innovation in waste management technology as a Linux Systems Engineer at Intuitive AI. Engage directly with our fleet while enhancing reliability and performance. As a Fleet Reliability Engineer, your hands-on experience with embedded Linux and IoT systems will be critical.
You will work closely with senior engineers to maintain operational excellence across our global fleet. With a focus on diagnosing problems, automating processes, and driving reliability improvements, you will make a significant impact on customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose Linux-based edge device issues on-site
- Develop and maintain fleet management and monitoring systems
- Manage OTA updates and rollout processes for devices
- Automate diagnostics and maintenance through scripting
- Collaborate with Customer Success on complex issues
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Linux production environments
- Robust command line and debugging capabilities
- Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals
- Experience with edge device management and OTA systems
