Protect Ontario’s vital records as a Senior Investigator in Thunder Bay, focusing on fraud prevention and public integrity. This position requires in-office work five days a week. In the Business Experience and Registries Services Division, this role is key to investigating identity theft and security breaches. You will utilize your analytical skills and knowledge of legislation to conduct thorough investigations and enhance program security effectively. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead investigations on fraud and security incidents
- Collect and secure evidence while adhering to legal standards
- Work with law enforcement to share information on cases
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and recommendations
- Conduct training on fraud prevention and awareness Requirements:
- Ability to be designated as a Provincial Offences Officer
- Completion of necessary security screenings
- Knowledge of legal processes and investigative techniques
- Experience dealing with fraud and identity offenses
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail Your skills will play a critical role in ensuring public trust and safeguarding vital records across Ontario.
