IT Analyst – Change Management / Technical Operations
Rate: $35–$43/hr

Location: Toronto/GTA
Work Model: Hybrid – 2–4 days onsite; primarily 320 Front Street with potential attendance in Scarborough and Mississauga
Hours: Rotating shifts including 7 AM–3 PM, 9 AM–5 PM and 11 AM–7 PM

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced IT Analyst to support enterprise IT Change Management and Change Enablement within a large technology operations environment. The role will review and assess technology change requests, coordinate change implementation activities, facilitate change meetings and ensure compliance with established ITIL processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute the daily IT Change Management process.
- Review technical change requests in ServiceNow for completeness, risk, impact and compliance.
- Monitor and coordinate technology change implementations.
- Facilitate and chair Change Management meetings with technology stakeholders.
- Review emergency changes and support Change Post Implementation Reviews.
- Identify scheduling conflicts and coordinate collision mitigation between technology changes.
- Provide guidance to technology teams on Change Management policies and procedures.
- Maintain and improve ITSM processes, documentation and controls.
- Track and present Change Management metrics and KPIs.
- Work closely with Incident, Problem,
Configuration and other IT Operations teams.
- Support process training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Must-Have Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, IT Process Management or Technical Support environments.
- Solid hands-on ServiceNow experience.
- ITIL v4 certification required.
- Strong knowledge of IT Change Management / Change Enablement processes.
- Experience reviewing technical change documentation and assessing implementation risk and impact.
- Experience working within a large enterprise IT operations environment.
- Technical support/operational IT background.
- Asset Management experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Post-secondary education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have
- Banking or financial services experience.
- ITIL v5.
- Experience with Incident, Problem and Configuration Management processes.
Additional Details
- Must be flexible to work rotating shifts between 7 AM and 7 PM.
- Weekly Wednesday 9:00–9:45 AM team meeting attendance is required regardless of assigned shift.
- Must be able to attend multiple GTA locations including downtown Toronto, Scarborough and Mississauga.
- Potential for extension and conversion.
