Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect/Designer to lead the development of enterprise-level Artificial Intelligence strategies and architectures. This role involves defining conceptual, logical, and physical architectures for AI-driven solutions, while aligning with organizational goals and emerging technology trends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement enterprise AI strategy aligned with business objectives
- Design conceptual, logical, and physical architectures for AI solutions
- Lead architecture development across Enterprise, Application, and Technology layers
- Work with advanced AI technologies including Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Stay updated with latest AI, ML, and data science trends to enhance solution capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and present architectural solutions
- Support project planning, execution, and delivery timelines
- Ensure compliance with organizational and (if applicable) OPS standards/processes

Mandatory (Must-Have) Skills:

- Proven experience in developing AI strategies at an enterprise level
- Strong hands-on expertise in:

- Artificial Intelligence (AI)

- Machine Learning (ML)

- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Experience designing end-to-end AI architectures (conceptual, logical,



physical)
- Robust knowledge of current AI/ML trends and advancements
- Experience in Project Management principles and delivery

Requirements

Technical Skills :

- Hands-on experience in AI strategy and architecture design
- Deep understanding of ML, LLMs, and RAG frameworks
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions
- Awareness of evolving AI technologies and best practices

- Familiarity with OPS standards/processes

Communication Skills :

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have:

- Prior experience working with OPS (Ontario Public Service) or Public Sector environments

Work Arrangement:

- Onsite: 5 days per week
