Located in Ottawa, this role supports the infrastructure and software teams, troubleshooting and implementing IT solutions, managing servers and virtual machines, configuring firewalls and ACLs, testing recent technologies and applications, and maintaining the Server Lab.

The position requires close collaboration with a small, agile team and proactive security compliance. Implement and manage servers and virtual machines (VMs). Install and test new applications to support a development team.

Collaborate with a small, agile team to quickly adapt to new technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the lab environment. Document configurations, procedures, and test results. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.

Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.

Electrical Engineering Technology





Diploma or any other relevant field; 3-5 years of work experience; Proven experience in server and VM implementation. Strong knowledge of firewalls and ACL configuration.

Experience testing and deploying new technologies and applications. Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada “Reliability” status and Level 2 (Secret) security clearance.
