You are a key player on the IT team, and you will have a direct impact on the technological groundwork of GraceMed. Maintain inventory of all IT assets. Manage and implement hardware software upgrade and replacement.

Plan and execute computer, server, and EMR system upgrades, migrations, and integrations with other applications. Provide training and support to end users on EMR system. General day-to-day remote/on-site support to end users at multiple locations.





Partner with external support vendors to deliver reliable and prompt user support. Support for Microsoft environments; Windows Server, Exchange, SharePoint, Azure, and others. Maintain, manage, and troubleshoot network system; Remote access solution management and support.

Drive and execution of IT projects from planning through implementation, overseeing project milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement. Provide administrative support to project teams, such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and organizing files. Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, contracts, performance tracking, and risk mitigation to optimize service quality and cost efficiency.

Our preferred candidate would be someone with a couple of years of experience in a growing environment who is passionate about building and making an impact, who's data driven and prides themselves in their intact delivery. A minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT support or relevant position. Passionate about software & hardware and openness to learning.
