As a Java Tech Lead, you'll take charge of end-to-end application development, influence technical architecture, and mentor talented developers. Required Skills

- 8+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role
- Advanced Java (Java 11+/17), Spring Boot, Spring MVC
- Frontend frameworks: React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Database proficiency: Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB
- Messaging and streaming: Kafka
- DevSecOps and Cloud:



Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP
- Test automation: Selenium
- Experience leading distributed teams on enterprise-scale projects within BFSI domain

Nice To Have Skills

- Prior BFSI/financial services experience
- Familiarity with API standards, microservices architecture, and security frameworks
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation best practices

Preferred Education & Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of full-stack software development with a focus on Java technologies
