Brandt is currently seeking a Preventive Maintenance Coordinator in our Surrey Construction and Forestry location. This position is responsible for providing Preventive Maintenance quotes to our Sales & Customer Support Advisors as well as, the day-to-day task of supporting productive, accurate and timely fulfillment of Brandt’s contractual Preventive Maintenance business. Quote & Set-up of Preventive Maintenance Agreements in our contracts’ management system Preventive Maintenance Agreement Administration Track and maintain Preventive Maintenance Agreement information Coordinate necessary service with Customers and Preventive Maintenance Technicians Handle incoming Preventive Maintenance call requests from our internal and external customers Manage Prepaid agreements Utilize John Deere Link to monitor & track customer’s machines with Preventive Maintenance contracts Experience and understand maintenance of construction equipment Experience in service delivery activities and processes Previous experience as a Service Writer is preferred Knowledge of contracts and associated processes’ management Sound knowledge of MS Office software tools; Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, etc.
