Duties

- Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble sandwiches according to company standards with speed and precision
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and balancing cash registers at shift end
- Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and cleanliness protocols
- Assist with kitchen duties such as food prep, stocking supplies, and ensuring a clean work environment




- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training!
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in a restaurant setting
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
