Resort is hiring a Full-Time Childminding Supervisor for the upcoming Winter season. This role involves overseeing children aged 3-5 and ensuring their safety and enjoyment in compliance with licensing requirements. Solid leadership experience and a passion for early childhood education are the keys to success in this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily childcare schedules and operations
- Implement Transfer of Custody Protocol for children
- Maintain staff ratios during lesson changes
- Ensure proper PPE is worn by children during lessons
- Serve as the main communication hub for parents

Requirements:

- Current ECE License in British Columbia
- At least three years in a childcare setting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must pass a Criminal Record Check
- Excellent verbal and written communication
