The Jordans Principle Service Coordinator will provide enhanced service coordination to children and their families living with disabilities or complex medical needs on and off reserve. The coordinator will work collaboratively with the BRT6HC communities and the partnering organizations.

First initiative will ensure children and their families have access to the health and social services they need, when they need them.
The Jordan's Principle Service Coordinator will ensure that they advocate so families do not experience denials, delays, or disruptions of services due to jurisdictional disputes.
Qualifications, Experience, Additional Skills, and Abilities:
- University degree in a human service field or an equivalent combination of experience and education. College diploma/certificate may be considered
- Previous working experience with First Nations people and demonstrate an understanding of the health and social issues encountered by First Nation people and a willingness to learn about and accept First Nations cultures.
- Experience in case conferencing management
