- Journeyman Truck and Transport Mechanic.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in repair/maintenance of semis, heavy equipment or related machinery
- Ability to detect and diagnose operating problems.
- Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner
- Ability to read and interpret operator and manufacturer specifications.
- Robust organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
- Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical tasks.
- Collaborative team player.
- Basic computer skills are considered an asset.
- Hold a valid Canadian drivers license (class 1 an asset).
- Experience with maintenance welding is an asset.
