Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Up to 2 years of accounting experience (internships or relevant coursework accepted). Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.

Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks,



SAP, Oracle) is a plus. High level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling financial data.

Assist with Financial Statements: Support the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and vendor/customer accounts.

Data Entry: Accurately input and update financial data in the company’s accounting software.

Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, track payments, and ensure accurate financial records for vendor and customer accounts. Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and ensure financial data aligns with company policies during audits.
