Kaizen Automotive Group in Calgary seeks a Junior Collision Estimator to support the collision center by assessing vehicle damage, preparing initial estimates, and delivering excellent customer service. The role reports to senior estimators and the Collision Manager to ensure OEM‑compliant repair plans and explicit communication with customers and insurers.

The position offers exposure to certified estimating software and mentorship to grow into an estimator role, with entry-level responsibilities
