This is an opportunity to join a passionate team dedicated to delighting our customers and Inspiring People to Grow. Design, build, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical tools. Transform complex data into actionable insights that help teams make informed business decisions.

Create part codes and maintain accurate product and sales data across multiple retail customers while ensuring strong data governance and data integrity. Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to solve business problems using data. Own projects from concept to delivery while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve our systems, reporting, and processes by leveraging automation,



advanced analytics, AI, machine learning, and data-driven solutions. Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.

A strong curiosity for data science and advanced analytics, with a desire to continuously learn new tools and techniques. Strong communication skills, ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.

A continuous improvement mindset, always looking for opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve processes.

Advanced Microsoft

Excel including Power Query. Strong SQL skills.

Experience developing reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI (including DAX) Experience working with large datasets and ensuring data quality and integrity. Familiarity with Python for data analysis or automation is an asset. Comfortable using AI tools to improve speed, quality, and organization.
