Insight Global is seeking a Junior Project Manager / Project Control Officer (PCO) to support enterprise-scale initiatives at a top-tier Canadian bank. The ideal candidate brings experience supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. They have proven experience managing project financials, organizational tracking, stakeholder coordination and conducting administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to independently manage deliverables.

Must Haves:

- 1–3 years of experience in a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager role within the banking/financial industry
- Strong exposure to project financial tracking , forecasting, and reporting (ideally managing budgets in the multi-million-dollar range )
- Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously , managing competing priorities with tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight in an enterprise setting
- Strong interpersonal skills,



with the ability to communicate across business and technical teams

Nice to Haves:

- Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or Risk initiatives RAID logs
- Experience with bank-specific tools or systems
- Understanding of banking terminology and processes

Soft Skills:

- Resourceful and tenacious —can problem-solve and move tasks forward without hand-holding
- Able to build relationships quickly and “match the vibe” of a collaborative and fast-moving team
- Strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills
- Qualified, accountable, and self-motivated
