Join CMHA Kenora as a Kenora Justice Center Mental Health Support Worker. This part-time role focuses on supporting clients with mental health issues and developmental disabilities in a meaningful and impactful way. You will work closely with the Kenora Justice Centre to implement restorative justice services and support participants through the legal process.

The role requires a social work degree, solid advocacy skills, and the ability to assess and develop individualized care plans. Join a dedicated team committed to social justice and mental wellness. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure confidentiality and adherence to CMHA policies
- Track referrals for individuals with mental health diagnoses
- Liaise with court personnel for coordinated support




- Collaborate with community resources to aid clients
- Advocate for clients within the mental health and justice systems

Requirements:

- Degree in social work or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities and mental health
- Highly developed assessment and advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong computer and documentation skills
