Join Jardeg as a Carpenter Apprentice at the Key Lake Mine in Saskatchewan. This role provides hands-on construction experience within a fly-in, fly-out framework. Set at Cameco’s uranium site, our schedule features 14 days on and 7 days off, with accommodations available. As an apprentice, you’ll assist skilled tradespeople in building, forming, and pouring concrete, helping your team develop critical carpentry techniques and practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating concrete forms for various structures
- Support collegial efforts in pouring concrete slabs
- Construct scaffolding and decks safely
- Analyze blueprints to assist in effective planning
- Ensure all work areas are clean and secure Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Carpenter Apprentice
- Valid Driver's License needed
- Successful completion of Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test
- Certification in CSTS-2020 and WHMIS 2015
