Landscape Crew Leader & Business Development

Looking for a motivated individual to help build and grow a landscaping company from the ground up.

Responsibilities include

● Bringing in new clients and helping grow the customer base

● Providing estimates and building customer relationships

● Leading crews and completing landscaping/property-maintenance jobs

● Operating equipment and safely towing a trailer

● Maintaining a clean driving record

● Lawn care, landscaping, cleanups, and seasonal maintenance

● Winter snow removal and property maintenance

Compensation: Earn a percentage of the jobs you bring in, with additional performance-based bonuses.

This is an prospect to take on a leadership role, help build the company, and increase your earning potential as the business grows.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road
