Laser Machine Operator (Night & Evening Shift)

Position Summary

We are hiring an experienced Laser Machine Operator to operate CNC laser cutting machines in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment. The role focuses on producing high-quality, accurate components while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Shift Details

- Night Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM (Sunday to Friday)

- Evening Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Sunday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC laser cutting machines safely and efficiently

- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts

- Read and interpret engineering drawings and work orders

- Monitor cutting operations for accuracy and quality

- Perform basic setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting

- Inspect finished parts for precision and defects





- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

- Previous experience as a CNC Laser Machine Operator

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

- Strong attention to detail and quality control

- Ability to work evening or night shifts

- Basic troubleshooting and machine handling skills

Work Authorization (Mandatory)

- Must have valid work authorization

- Open Work Permit holders are eligible

- No employer sponsorship available

- Must be able to work full-time without sponsorship
