Bird Construction in Thunder Bay, ON seeks a Superintendent to lead the field team, coordinate subcontractors and ensure safe, on-time project execution for assigned projects.
You will implement Bird Safety Program, monitor performance, develop site staff, manage schedules, and administer contracts to keep scope and terms aligned with project goals.
Solid background in hydroelectric turbine projects, large commercial/institutional work, and proficiency with MS Project and MS Office are preferred.
