North American Construction Group (NACG) is seeking a Training & Development Advisor to design, develop, implement, and improve workforce training programs. You will work with operational leaders and SMEs to build engaging resources that enhance safety, efficiency and competency across sites.

The role balances strategic workforce development with hands-on curriculum design, delivery, LMS administration, and continuous improvement, supporting NACG’s culture of learning and operational excellence.
