Job Summary
A leading client in the financial services industry is seeking a Digital Business Analyst & Test Lead to support HR technology initiatives across a global workforce. This role combines business analysis, testing leadership, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver impactful digital HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and user requirements.
- Define and execute test strategy, UAT, and defect management.
- Support global HR tech projects, enhancements, and BAU initiatives.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure quality and compliance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR systems or business analysis roles.
- Hands‑on test lead experience (planning, execution, triage).
- Knowledge of HR SaaS platforms (Workday, Cornerstone, etc.).
- Solid communication and facilitation skills.
Nice to Have
- Human‑Centered Design, CHRP/CHRL, or PMP certification.
- Familiarity with accessibility testing and HR data privacy standards.
