Chrysler is currently hiring! We are actively seeking top-tier talent to join our team as a Sales Consultant. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry and test drives to negotiations, closing deals, and coordinating with our finance and service teams for a smooth, exceptional vehicle delivery.

Greet and assist customers, identify their vehicle needs, and build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service and regular follow-ups. Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to delivery, including test drives, negotiations, and closing deals in alignment with dealership targets. Maintain contact with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and solicit referrals.

Work with finance and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and complete all sales documentation in accordance with dealership and regulatory standards.



Accurately update and manage customer interactions in the CRM system to track leads, schedule follow-ups, and ensure timely communication. All other duties as deemed necessary by Sales Manager / General Manager 1-3 Years in a sales background. ~ Customer Experience Focus: Go the extra mile with excellent listening and problem-solving skills to create an outstanding customer journey. ~ experience with 1-80 software is an asset. ~ Willingness to consistently go the extra mile to create an extraordinary customer experience ~ Employee team building and social events .
