- Perform inspections and evaluate work area safety
- Advise on Ledcor’s Health and Safety Management System




- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines
- Facilitate safety training and orientation for recent hires
- Assist in developing site-specific safety materials

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in heavy civil or mining
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (CRSP or equivalent)
- Strong consulting and communication skills
- Background in risk assessment and safety training
- Valid driver’s license and successful completion of pre-employment checks
