Syntax is seeking a Legal Counsel to join our global team, focusing remotely on negotiations and customer contracts essential to our technology solutions. This role is perfect for a licensed Canadian lawyer with commercial acumen. Reporting to the Global Head of Legal, this position requires at least 2 years of experience.

You will play a vital role in negotiating Master Services Agreements, drafting referrals for collaboration with top-tier partners, and managing legal risks associated with resellers. Your expertise will help protect Syntax's innovative product offerings and ensure compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities





- Lead negotiations with customers’ legal and sales teams • Draft agreement templates for partnerships and products • Oversee vendor agreements and risk evaluations • Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal standards • Support legal analysis of customer termination files Requirements:
