This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You'll be key in training apprentices while coordinating effort with engineers and maintenance staff. Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect avionic systems and electrical components thoroughly
- Execute modifications and installation of aircraft assemblies
- Perform functional testing and troubleshooting of systems
- Document maintenance actions for regulatory compliance
- Provide training support to new technicians

Requirements:

- AME-E Transport Canada license preferred
- At least 3 years of experience as an Avionics AME
- Must possess a Radio Operator license
- Robust organizational skills and ability to work independently
