A criminal record check may be required Join our team as a LicensedPractical Nurse (LPN), where you'll providecompassionate, person-centredcare while workingcollaboratively with aninterdisciplinary healthcareteam. In thisrole, you'll assess, plan, implement, andevaluate resident/patientcare, advocate forindividual needs, andsupport overallhealth and well-being.

You'll practiceto the fullscope of LPNstandards, contribute tocare planning, mentornew staff andstudents, and makea meaningful impactin a supportiveand collaborativeenvironment.

Minimum

Nurse-to-Patient Ratio Minimum Nurse-to-Patient Ratios (mNPR) set the minimum number of nurses required to safely care for patients on a given unit. Developed in partnership with the Ministry of Health, the BC Nurses' Union (BCNU), and health organizations across British Columbia,



mNPR provides a consistent and transparent approach to staffing that supports safe nursing practice and high-quality patient care.

Education ~ Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
