We have a solid flow of buyer and seller leads and are looking for a motivated Realtor to help serve those clients and convert opportunities into successful transactions. We specialize in helping seniors and downsizers, first-time buyers, growing families and real estate investors.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Real Estate Sales Representative who is ambitious, self-motivated and ready to build a consistent real estate business. Experienced agents and newly licensed Realtors are welcome to apply.

This is a commission-based opportunity with earning potential of $100,000+ annually, based on individual performance, lead conversion and completed transactions.

What We’re Looking For

- Must hold an active Ontario real estate registration
- Newly licensed and experienced Realtors are welcome

- Comfortable following up consistently with leads
- Committed to providing exceptional client service
- Willing to learn, accept coaching and follow proven systems
- Reliable transportation and flexibility for client appointments
- Available to work from our Hamilton office and attend required in-person meetings, training and coaching
