Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with experience in fine dining or catering environments. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while delivering high-quality meals to our guests.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for seasonal offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Participate in inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed.
- Support the dietary department by preparing meals that meet specific dietary needs when required.

Qualifications





- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Experience in fine dining or catering is a plus.
- Proficient knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Culinary degree or relevant training is advantageous but not mandatory.
