Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to strict food safety protocols
- Ensure all food handling practices meet health regulations and safety standards
- Support the kitchen team during busy service times, ensuring timely delivery of orders
- Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and assist with stock rotation




- Collaborate with servers to ensure smooth food service and guest satisfaction

Experience

- Prior food service experience in a restaurant or similar setting preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment
- Experience with food handling safety procedures and sanitation standards
- Familiarity with serving procedures and customer service expectations in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic understanding of the food industry standards for meal preparation and presentation
