Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assist in food assembly to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety standards
- Support the kitchen team with food handling, portioning, and plating tasks
- Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs




- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a protected working environment for everyone
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold restaurant quality standards

Requirements

- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred but not required; willingness to learn is valued
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Understanding of food handling procedures and safety protocols
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning new skills
- Basic understanding of serving practices and customer service principles is a plus
