Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Cook a variety of dishes efficiently, maintaining high quality and consistency
- Follow food handling and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts




- Support the team during busy service periods by ensuring timely meal delivery
- Adhere to all health regulations and restaurant policies related to food safety and sanitation

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards in the food industry
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen workplace is a plus
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow directions accurately
- Basic understanding of serving protocols and customer service expectations
