We are seeking an experienced LoanIQ Senior Developer with a strong background in Finastra LoanIQ implementations, product upgrades, and migrations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on expertise in LoanIQ, Java, SQL/PLSQL, and system integration, along with proven leadership skills in managing development and migration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver LoanIQ implementations, product upgrades, and migration projects.

- Apply in-depth knowledge of the LoanIQ data model, components, scripted APIs, batch framework, and Remote Ops.

- Develop solutions using Core Java, REST Services, Spring Boot, and proprietary frameworks.

- Write efficient SQL and PL/SQL queries to extract and manage data for user requirements.

- Provide leadership for teams of 5+ developers, guiding development and migration initiatives.

- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, conduct user demos, and drive development cycles.

- Implement solutions using Agile methodologies while maintaining high code quality.

- Ensure strong understanding of accounting concepts, accruals, and payments within LoanIQ.





- Configure and manage Event Manager, as well as work across RHEL, Windows, and other operating systems.

- Integrate messaging systems such as Kafka, Tibco, or IBM MQ for enterprise-level solutions.

- Apply DevOps practices across client/server, multi-tier, and web-based applications.

- Deliver self-contained, reusable, and testable modules with solid system integration awareness.

Qualifications:

- 12+ years of experience in LoanIQ and Java development.

- Proven track record with LoanIQ implementations, upgrades, and migrations.

- Expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, REST Services, SQL/PLSQL.

- Strong leadership experience managing teams of 5 or more.

- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.

- Hands-on knowledge of LoanIQ APIs, Batch framework, and Remote Ops.

- Experience with Event Manager setup and configuration.

- Familiarity with RHEL/Windows operating systems.

- Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, Tibco, IBM MQ).

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
