Our client in Pointe Claire is currently looking for a logistics and after sales support coordinator. Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM Market-competitive salary Salary: $55,000 to $70,000 depending on your experience Minimum of 4 weeks of vacation (based on experience) In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of prospecting at the delivery/installation of our equipment.

Sales Support

Answer the phone for sales requests Place orders for the machines during the sale Logistics Shop/validate delivery prices with different carriers Coordinate with the supplier and the client regarding deliveries and attempted dates installation Coordinate subcontractors in handling for heavy equipment Transport Planning: Coordinate and pickups and deliveries with carriers while optimizing costs and timelines. a DEP or a DEC is an asset ~ Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment ~3 years of experience in sales support and logistics. ~ Experience in logistics with equipment of any format (up to 15,000 lbs) and an excellent command of the Microsoft suite. ~ Bilingual (English and French) Spoken and Written ~ English-speaking internal and external [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a [daily/regular] basis ~ You know ERP software, ServiCentre is a considerable asset ~ Excellent computer skills, including the MS Office suite ~ Forklift card, an asset At Randstad,
