Assist in delivering exceptional care as a Long Term Care Registered Nurse. Focus on nursing assessments, treatment implementation, and patient education while advocating for individual needs. This role is ideal for RNs who enjoy working in a collaborative setting.
You will evaluate treatment effectiveness, document patient responses, and facilitate appropriate care planning and education. The RN will also serve as a patient liaison, ensuring all needs are met according to established healthcare standards.
