OMS Montessori is seeking a full time Montessori Lower Elementary Guide to join our established and thriving Montessori community. We are looking for a passionate and reflective educator who understands the developmental needs of the second plane of development (ages 6–12) and is committed to fostering independence, curiosity, responsibility, and joyful engagement through authentic Montessori practice.
