- Conduct resident assessments and maintain documentation
- Assess and adapt care plans as necessary
- Provide direct nursing care and medication administration
- Facilitate resident transitions between care processes
- Oversee emergency response and manage medical situations

Requirements:

- Valid LPN registration in Alberta
- Experience in senior or long-term care preferred
- Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Willingness to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check
