We are seeking a skilled Machinist (Journeyman or Apprentice) to join our manufacturing team in Edmonton, Canada.

In this role, you will operate and maintain precision machinery to produce high-quality components according to detailed specifications. Operate CNC and manual machine tools (lathes, mills, grinders, and related equipment) to manufacture precision components Read and interpret technical blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate production Set up machines, select appropriate cutting tools, and adjust speeds and feeds to optimize production efficiency Document production activities, material usage, and quality control results accurately Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and quality standards Machine parts to specifications using machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, shapers, or grinders.

Measure, examine, and test completed units in order to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments such as micrometers. Select the appropriate tools, machines, and materials to be used in preparation of machinery work.



Maintain industrial machines, applying knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures.

Prepare samples according to CSA, ASTM and ASME standards & customer requirements. Confer with engineering, supervisory, and manufacturing personnel in order to exchange technical information.

Valid Journeyman
