Location: Canada (Remote).
Employment type: Contract. Mid-Senior. Designing and implementing application development and architecture solutions across the mainframe workplace.
Core Mainframe Expertise : Extensive background in solution design and architecture across legacy Mainframe technologies, including Assembler, COBOL, and PL/1. Demonstrated success in mainframe modernization initiatives, leveraging contemporary IBM solutions (e.g., Migration Strategy : Proven ability to architect solutions and develop effort estimates for migrating mainframe workloads to distributed system environments. Practical experience using IBM Developer for z/OS (IDz).
