Canada Malting in Thunder Bay seeks a Maintenance Electrician to oversee maintenance of plant equipment and PLC/SCADA systems. The role requires a Red Seal and proven industrial electrician experience, with the ability to work safely and mentor apprentices.

The position offers a 4-10 hour day shift and a weekly on-call cycle every 5–6 weeks, emphasizing work-life balance and a solid safety culture.
