Position Maintenance Technician FULL TIME

Job is located in the City of Roseville CA

Days FULL TIME either Sunday Thursday or Tuesday Saturday

Times Generally 800 AM to 430 PM or 900 AM to 530 PM

Pay Range 1800 2100

Job includes FULL BENEFITS including Health Vision Dental and 401K after 90 days

Responsibilities

Basic knowledge of electrical plumbing and HVACAbility to assist with apartment turnovers painting carpet cleaning pressure washingMaintain grounds including pool and spa if applicableMaintain a safe and secure environment for all staff residents and guests following established safety standardsEncourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co workers and other departments

Qualifications





Prefer six 6 months of experience in the building industry maintenance andor housekeeping handling the upkeep repair and maintenance of electrical plumbing and structural matters Knowledge of building construction is helpfulMust be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalentMust be able to operate MS Office programs Word Excel etcExcellent customer service skillsStrong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needsPossess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees supervisors physicians healthcare professionals residents and their familiesMust pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests including physical and TB Tests
