Duties

- Perform professional makeup applications tailored to each client’s preferences, occasion, and facial features
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable makeup styles and products
- Assist clients in selecting makeup products through engaging product demos and upselling techniques
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all tools are sanitized according to health standards
- Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling payments with accuracy
- Conduct retail sales by promoting makeup products, skincare items, and accessories effectively
- Support merchandising efforts by displaying products attractively and restocking shelves as needed

Requirements





- Proven experience in makeup application for diverse skin tones and styles
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of retail sales, cashiering, POS systems, and cash handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to perform product demos confidently while explaining features and benefits clearly
- Basic math skills for transactions and inventory management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods
- Demonstrated talent in makeup artistry combined with a passion for beauty trends and techniques
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or evenings as required
