Join Accredited Supports to the Community as a Disability Services Coordinator. Lead a dedicated team to support adults with disabilities by coordinating essential services in Alberta. This full-time position involves overseeing a 24-hour service support program.
Your leadership will foster community access and promote social inclusion for clients. A collaborative approach with staff will ensure an exceptional experience aligned with ASC’s culture of honour, dignity, and respect. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor client service and support plans
- Lead and supervise support staff, ensuring high service quality
- Mentor staff to embody organization’s values
- Collect information through team meetings and one-on-ones
- Maintain compliance with relevant standards and legislation Requirements:
- At least 3 years in leadership within disability services
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Robust skills in problem-solving and communication
- Experienced in planning, directing, and coordinating activities
