As a member of the Accounting team, you will help build processes to ready the Company and the Accounting team for the Company's continued growth. You will have the prospect to lead and collaborate with teammates in implementing reporting controls and decision support for AppDirect’s growing business. The ideal candidate is an individual ready to jump in to a rapid-paced environment, adept at change, and capable of innovating and building controlled scalable processes.

Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end accounting close; assisting with investor reporting as applicable

- Preparing and reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations
- Maintaining the general ledger system
- Assist with annual external audit
- Develop, implement, and maintain internal financial controls and procedures




- Research accounting issues for compliance with generally accepted accounting principles
- Assist with management of acquisition related integrations as they occur
- Minimum of five years’ experience in accounting and/or finance (CPA preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business administration or related field
- Acquisition and/or financial integration experience is a plus Big 4 public accounting experience is a plus Experience of working with NetSuite or other comprehensive enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
