We seek a passionate Facilities Equipment Manager to drive the design, development, and optimization of depot equipment and facilities.

As a professional and team manager, your impact will be felt across the organization and the communities we serve. Lead scalable asset management strategies for depot equipment across Eglinton & Finch facilities, ensuring long-term operational efficiency. Guarantee reliability and uptime of critical equipment through proactive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Champion innovation by implementing new technologies and process enhancements to optimize facility operations. Promote knowledge sharing and best practices within teams, supporting a culture of learning and development. You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

Minimum 5 years of experience or understanding of depot equipment maintenance, asset lifecycle management, or facility operations. Hands‑on experience in equipment maintenance, depot operations, manufacturing,



or industrial facilities environments Contractor management and stakeholder collaboration skills Strong understanding of operational excellence, safety standards, and continuous improvement methodologies. Leadership, resilience, adaptability, and effective communication skills to manage teams and drive results.

Work Set‑Up: Flexible but predominantly onsite, with regular presence required at our Finch and Eglinton locations. Work with advanced depot technologies and contribute to Alstom’s strategic vision for sustainable mobility.
