Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth workflows and a positive patient experience Manage a large profit and loss (P&L;) statement, driving strong financial performance and operational efficiency Recruit, train, and coach team members to maintain high standards of performance and service Develop and monitor clinic budgets, track key metrics, and report on performance outcomes Supervise billing, invoicing, and administrative processes to ensure accuracy and compliance Provide leadership and guidance to create a motivated, engaged,
