This position is responsible for achieving business results by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships within an assigned market area. The role combines facility operations, grain procurement, customer service, and team leadership to drive financial performance, operational excellence, and business growth. Manage and operate a high-volume grain handling facility while conducting business development activities within the assigned market area.

Serve as a team leader for designated grain handling facilities on a rotational basis. Achieve facility financial, operational, and customer service objectives. Provide customers with grain marketing insights and support on-farm production decisions.

Maintain and analyze customer records, market information, and business trends. Identify business opportunities and recommend programs and services to support growth. Maintain facility housekeeping, maintenance, and operational standards.

Ensure compliance with health and safety, environmental, security, and business process requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, producers, truckers, agribusiness partners, and community stakeholders. Lead, coach, train, and develop employees to support performance and engagement.

Conduct performance reviews and support employee development activities. Participate in recruitment, promotion, and employee management processes in accordance with company policies. Represent the organization through customer, industry, and community engagement activities.

Grade 12 diploma or equivalent, supplemented by an Agri-Business Certificate or equivalent post‑secondary education. Minimum of five (5)



years of progressively responsible experience in agribusiness, grain handling, grain marketing, or a related customer service workplace. Strong knowledge of grain handling operations, grain procurement, and customer relationship management.
